Directions :
1. Apply Benzoyl Peroxide 2.5% Acne Treatment to face 1-2 times daily to the entire break out area even though total clearing has been achieved.
2. Example: 1-2 pimples on the chin should have benzoyl peroxide applied to the entire chin area to clear potential unseen break-outs.
3. Keep away from eyes and wash your hands thoroughly to prevent accidental transference.
4. Benzoyl peroxide is the last product to be applied to the face before sun block.
5. Facial acne, put 7 inexpensive WHITE pillow cases on your pillow pulling the old one off before bed each night. Dirty pillow cases harbor and infect your face with the acne P bacteria.

Body Application:

1. Apply Benzoyl Peroxide 2.5% Acne Treatment to your face for 5-10 minutes then remove with water, once a day.
2. Apply for 15-30 minutes before removing.
3. Apply for 1-3 hours before removing.
4. Apply for 4-8 hours before removing.
5. You will eventually build a tolerance to benzoyl peroxide allowing twice daily applications to prevent a break out.

How to dilute benzoyl peroxide to reduce strength if causing dryness or irritation.
1. Put a pea size drop in the palm of your hand.
2. Mix with an equal amount of water.
3. Bend over the sink and apply to the entire area where you normally break out.
4. Straight benzoyl peroxide may be applied with a Q-tip to individual lesions over diluted benzoyl peroxide.
