Cellex-C Information 17.5% vitamin C formulation has scientifically combined hydrolyzed and free-form L-ascorbic acid. The only form utilized by the body for collagen production and absorption. Vitamin C is considered a "signal” or precursor meaning new collagen can not occur without the presence of vitamin C. According to new studies topical vitamin C provides more than twenty times the amount of vitamin C found in normal skin. This is good news since regular use of this product can help you look 5 to 10 years younger. This formulation produces faster visible results more satisfying to advanced aging or sun damaged clients. To better facilitate the hydrolyzed form of vitamin C into the skin the pH has been raised to 4 allowing people combining glycolic acid and or Retin-A/Renova with topical vitamin C for less irritation or burning sensation. Hot Weather: Ascorbic Acid, vitamin C, is extraordinarily sensitive to heat. When subjected to high temperatures, it will produce a slight change in odor. This does not effect the product in any way. Please, try to store Cellex C in a cool, dry place.

Cold Weather: Occasionally when Cellex Advanced-vitamin c-anti aging is subject to extreme temperature changes, i.e. hot/cold, there may be some precipitation of hyaluronic acid resulting in yellow fluffy flakes at the bottom of the bottle. This does not affect the efficacy of the product.
