Directions:- Apply acne treatment medicated gel 10% B Kamins to face 1-2 times daily to the entire break out area even though total clearing has been achieved. Example: 1-2 pimples on the chin require applications to the entire chin area.
- Keep away from eyes, lips, mouth and nostrils wash your hands thoroughly to prevent accidental transference.
- Benzoyl peroxide is the last product applied to the face before sunblocks allow gel to dry before your sunblock application.
- Facial acne clients put 7 inexpensive WHITE pillow cases on your pillow pulling the old one off before bed each night. Dirty pillow cases harbor and infect your face with the acne P. bacteria this also applies to washcloths. Use a clean white washcloth without fabric softener to clean your face every time and wash the dirty ones on the hottest wash cycle with bleach.
- Caution: may bleach any fabric (clothes, carpeting, bedding) or hair.
Body Application:- Apply acne treatment medicated gel 10% B Kamins once a day, night is best, watch not to spill on clothing or carpet as it will bleach the color.
- If you are pulling sleepwear over your head or applying to the body sleep in a cheap clean white cotton tee shirt (men's undershirts are good) every night.
- If acne is not improving in a few weeks increase your applications to twice daily.
Benzoyl peroxide is most effective the first 20 minutes after application
if redness, irritation or flaking occur start with Step1 progressing to Step 4 over a period of days or weeks.
- Apply acne treatment medicated gel 10% B Kamins to your face for 5-10 minutes then remove with water, once a day.
- Apply for 15-30 minutes before removing.
- Apply for 1-3 hours before removing.
- Apply for 4-8 hours before removing.
- You will eventually build a tolerance to benzoyl peroxide allowing twice daily applications to prevent a break out.
How to dilute benzoyl peroxide over 2.5%- Put a pea size drop in the palm of your hand.
- Mix with an equal amount of water.
- Bend over the sink and apply to the entire area where you normally break out.
- Straight benzoyl peroxide may be applied with a Q-tip to individual lesions over diluted benzoyl peroxide.
