- 2.0 fl oz. Exuviance Purifying Cleansing Gel

Exuviance Skin Healthy Home Resurfacing Peel System directions - Wash your face with Exuviance Purifying Cleansing Gel in the kit.
- Open foil packet and apply the Mandelic Glycolic Peel Activator Pad by smoothing over the entire face, avoiding sensitive skin around the eyes, lips and another other sensitive areas. Start with the outside oval of your face - forehead, outside of face and bottom of chin. Last minutes of the peel apply to upper cheeks, inside of face and peri oral (outside of mouth).
- Set timer for 5 minutes increasing in increments of 2-3 minutes with each peel. Or carefully monitor the skin’s response to the Mandelic Glycolic Peel by observing any redness and levels of discomfort including sting, burning, itching, tightness, tingling and peeling. If necessary use a small inexpensive fan to cool your face.
- Neutralize the Peel with the Neutralizing Solution in the kit when discomfort, irritation or redness is uncomfortable reaching a level 3 on the below scale. If discomfort does not occur the peel may be left on the skin for a maximum of 10 minutes before neutralizing.
- To terminate the Peel action, spray your face with the Peel Neutralizer in the kit (closing eyes and mouth) and rinse thoroughly with water or cleanse with Exuviance Purifying Cleansing Gel. If skin is still uncomfortable after rinsing, splash with a mixture of baking soda and water this is the opposite of an acid and will neutralize the peel.

Complete your Exuviance Skin Healthy Home Resurfacing Peel System regimen with the application of the Exuviance Evening Restorative Complex or Exuviance Fundamental Multi-Protective Day Crème SPF 15 in the kit followed by benzoyl peroxide or other acne medication, if appropriate. The Mandelic Glycolic Peel may be used once or twice weekly – spaced far apart such as a Monday and Friday, as tolerated by your skin. Reduce frequency of use if skin becomes uncomfortable, irritated or excessive flaking occurs.
