Return Policy
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less the shipping fee.
Return in a well packed box with your name, address, phone number and order number if available. Do not send in a manila envelope or other packaging the Post Office or shipper will damage. If returning a product with a free gift, include the free gift unless you wish to purchase it separately. Return all products included in a skin care bag and the bag if applicable.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a quicker refund. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We do not ship ...
- Anti-theft: an order the customer has reported not received when the post office confirms delivery to the address with tracking number or has confirmed address either verbally or by email then claims address is incorrect. If you are unsure of the safety of your home delivery location select a safe deliverable address, perhaps your work address.
- On or the day after major celebrated United States holidays such as, New Year’s Eve (January 1st), Easter, July 4th, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Christmas (December 25th) and Thanksgiving (November 22nd ). All United States Postal holidays are observed.
- One day or overnight delivery.
- Samples, unless they are included in your order.
- We Do Not Ship to United States based carriers, couriers, or delivery companies shipping outside the United States.
- We do not accept foreign orders with a United States shipping address unless the card holder is in the US military service, US government job, or may be contacted by telephone in the United States.
